At DANI WOO LLC, I want to give customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back time and time again. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all policies. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS (RCR)
Due to the nature of the items, I do not issue refunds. However, I am happy to assist you in even product exchanges ONLY on unused eyelashes within 7 days of purchase. If the eyelashes show ANY signs of usage or manipulation, the eyelashes CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, I cannot cancel your order. No exceptions.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are advance purchases made on new collections that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. This a great way to guarantee that your items will not be sold out upon arrival to our online store. Pre-orders will be shipped 8-10 business days after purchase.
SHIPPING
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If you notice any discrepancies in your address, please notify thewoocollection@gmail.com ASAP.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once the order and payment has been processed, your package will be shipped immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Thank you

INSTALLATIONS
I do provide free installations only if your minks are purchased through Woo Minks. Please provide proof of purchase before installation, if purchased online. Also, I use 3 different glues so pick which one you are most comfortable with. Ex: Salon Pro, Duo W/ Vitamins, and Duo Dark

DELIVERY
If you do not own a card, NO WORRIES. I accept cash payments with on-hand delivery or pickup. There will be a $5-7 up-charge delivery free, if delivered. No exceptions
