Due to the nature of the items, I do not issue refunds. However, I am happy to assist you in even product exchanges ONLY on unused eyelashes within 7 days of purchase. If the eyelashes show ANY signs of usage, temperament, or manipulation, the eyelashes CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
